1. Mandatory Process-Related Requirements
This GEP fulfills the four minimum process-related requirements as mandated by the European Commission for Horizon Europe.
1.1 Public Document
This GEP is a formal and public document, published on the official Agile Cyber website to ensure full transparency and accessibility. It has been signed and officially endorsed by the company’s top management, demonstrating our firm commitment to the principles and actions outlined within.
1.2 Dedicated Resources and Expertise
Agile Cyber is committed to dedicating the necessary resources and expertise to ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of this GEP.
- Oversight and Implementation: The HR Department is responsible for the overall implementation of the GEP, with oversight provided by a dedicated HR Executive who reports directly to the Director.
- Expertise: Agile Cyber will ensure the GEP is implemented with gender expertise, whether through the professional development and training of existing staff or, as needed, the engagement of external experts.
1.3 Data Collection and Monitoring
To ensure our efforts are evidence-based and effective, Agile Cyber will conduct regular data collection and monitoring.
- Data Collection: We are committed to collecting sex/gender-disaggregated data on our personnel to establish a clear baseline and track progress over time.
- Annual Reporting: An internal annual report will be produced to monitor progress against our GEP objectives and indicators. This report will be reviewed by top management to inform future actions and ensure accountability.
1.4 Training and Capacity Building
Agile Cyber recognises that education and awareness are crucial for fostering an inclusive culture.

- Measures: We have flexible working hour policies, support for remote work, and comprehensive leave options for parental and caring responsibilities. These policies are reviewed regularly to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
2.2 Gender Balance in Leadership and Decision-Making
- Objective: To increase the representation of all genders in leadership, decision-making, and technical roles.
- Measures: We actively ensure diverse candidate pools for leadership roles. Concrete actions include:
- Formal mentorship programmes to support underrepresented groups in career progression.

- Setting measurable targets for gender balance in senior management and board positions.
2.3 Gender Equality in Recruitment and Career Progression
